These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website mexicanorestaurant.com ("Website") and our restaurant services, including dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering services ("Services"). Restaurant Services

MEXICANO offers the following services:

• Dine-In: Table service at our restaurant location
• Takeout: Order pickup at our location
• Delivery: Food delivery through our partners or direct delivery
• Catering: Food service for events, parties, and corporate functions
• Private Events: Event hosting at our venue

Service Availability

Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services without prior notice
• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
• Limit quantities of items ordered
• Change menu items, prices, and availability

3. Ordering and Payment

Placing Orders

When placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all charges incurred by your order
• Pay applicable taxes and fees
• Ensure you can receive delivery at the address provided

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our Website may differ from in-restaurant prices. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• Cash (for in-person transactions)
• Payment through third-party delivery platforms

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included unless noted otherwise. For parties of 6 or more, an automatic gratuity of 18% may be added. Catering orders may include a service charge as specified in your quote.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations

Reservations are recommended but not required for regular dining. For parties of 8 or more, reservations are strongly recommended. We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

• Regular Reservations: Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance
• Large Party Reservations (8+): Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance
• Private Events: Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your contract

5. Catering Terms

Booking and Deposits

Catering orders require:

• Minimum 48-hour advance notice (72 hours preferred)
• 50% deposit for orders over $500
• Full payment due before service for orders under $500
• Signed catering agreement for full-service events

Catering Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days notice: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 3-6 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

Changes to Catering Orders

Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Increases may be accommodated based on availability. Decreases of more than 10% within 48 hours may not reduce the total cost.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery Areas

We deliver within a limited radius of our restaurant. Delivery availability and fees vary by location. Third-party delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) have their own service areas and terms.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Factors affecting delivery include:

• Order volume and restaurant capacity
• Weather conditions
• Traffic and road conditions
• Driver availability

Delivery Acceptance

By providing a delivery address, you authorize us to leave the order at that location. You are responsible for being available to receive your order. We are not responsible for orders after delivery is completed.

7. Refunds and Complaints

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our food quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve issues through:

• Replacement of unsatisfactory items
• Store credit
• Refund (at our discretion)

How to Report Issues

Please contact us immediately with:

• Your order details (date, time, items ordered)
• Description of the issue
• Photos if applicable
• Your preferred resolution
